Supporting and guiding property investors to raise the finance needed to achieve their property ambitions.The team go above and beyond to ensure they provide the very best advice and service their clients, with exceptional industry knowledge and a genuine desire to help, the team have built long term relationships with professionals who plan to invest in property long term.The Mortgage Case Manager roleAs a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in assisting both clients and advisers, ensuring a seamless mortgage case management, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strict compliance standards.You will manage a pipeline of cases that will consist of, Residential, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Buy To Let Mortgages, it is desirable that you have the knowledge, experience and confidence to manage these types of cases and their complexities.Mortgage Case Manager key responsibilities.Engage with clients, lenders, solicitors & advisers, addressing queries, offering guidance on the finance process, and providing excellent customer service.Obtain necessary documentation and information for lenders, ensuring compliance and uploading documents to lender portals.Manage Mortgage administration from start to finish.Maintain an organised case pipelineDemonstrate the ability to follow processes effectively.Consistently achieve set completion targetsThe Mortgage Case Manager Package Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pmBasic Salary: £28k - £30k22 days holidays per year + bank holidaysFlexible hours consideredHybrid based on experienceOffice based in CardiffFree parkingTraining and support providedCareer progressionMortgage Case Manager desired skills and experienceMinimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Administrator / Case ManagerExperience with Bridging Finance and Portfolio buy to let administrationUnderstanding of credit reports, KYC, AML and fraud prevention systemsEnthusiastic and driven individuals able to form strong relationships.Professional phone manner and good written communication skillsOrganised, Articulate, Numerate and Confident and a good attention to detailThink that this role is right for you?Contact us to arrange a call, we’d love to find out more about you.
