Your Benefits: Salary dependent on experience Lisburn location - parking provided Private medical insurance 21 days holidays + stat days Monday - Friday 9am-5pm What would a typical day look like for you? Overseeing applications from opening to closing, within the desired time frame Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing updates, guiding clients through the customer journey Ensuring all activity complies with regulatory requirements Coordinating with your team members to ensure a seamless process Inputting of sensitive data with accuracy and detail Identifying any potential problems and ensuring communication is kept seamless throughout the process About you: You have at least 3 years' experience in either the Financial Services or Mortgages industry You are diligent, patient and enjoy working through processes in a timely manner You have impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal You are extremely organised and hold exceptional attention to detail You enjoy working as a team, supporting in the office where required This is a great opportunity to join a firm who have a great brand, fantastic people, who value longevity and tenure in the business.
