Job Title: Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Broker
 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Commission: 20% after 2 time’s validation e.g on a 30k salary after 5k per month

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly productive Mortgage Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage a high volume of leads, and provide expert mortgage advice to clients across various channels.

Our partnerships with remote estate agents are expanding, providing a steady stream of qualified leads. Additionally, our web presence continues to attract an increasing number of potential clients, ensuring a consistent flow of business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and advise on 18-20 mortgages per month

- Handle leads from multiple sources, including:

* Remote estate agents

* Agents comfortable with remote interactions

* Web-generated leads

* Orphan client bank rate renewals

- Provide expert mortgage advice and recommendations tailored to each client's needs

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations

- Meet or exceed monthly targets consistently

- Manage client relationships effectively through remote communication channels

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably in a mortgage-only role

- CeMAP qualified or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, video conferencing)

- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Demonstrated track record of high-volume mortgage completions

- Proficiency in relevant mortgage software and CRM systems

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with estate agents and web-generated leads

- Familiarity with handling orphan client bank rate renewals
