We are recruiting for career driven sales advisor to join an outstanding financial broker located in Bolton. Due to company growth our award-winning client is looking for Trainee Protection Advisor to join their growing team. You will be starting career with a company that invest in their staff and fund financial qualifications. Salary up to £23,500 - £25,000 with an OTE of £35,000, excellent career development and company benefits.
The purpose of this role is contact existing customer regarding their Life Insurance enquiry that have been generated through different avenues of the business. NO COLD CALLING!

Duties for the Trainee Protection Advisor:

\n
• Following up on warm leads for life insurance that have come from an internal department
\n
• Completing fact finds
\n
• Pipeline and diary management
\n
• Working to KPI and targets
\n

 Skills for the Trainee Protection Advisor:

\n
• Proven experience working in a sales and targeted environment 
\n
• Any of the following experience would be a huge advantage but not essential – Life Insurance, Pension, Critical Illness, Mortgage Adviser / Advisor, Pension Adviser / Advisor / Banking or other Financial Background
\n
• Experience working in: Outbound sales as a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, New Business Consultant or Similar
\n
• Must have proven experience exceeding targets and KPI’s
