Liaisewithlenders,underwriters,estateagents,andsolicitorstoprogresscasessmoothly.
Keepup-to-datewithcurrentmortgagerates,lendingcriteria,andregulatoryupdates.
Workproactivelyduringboth6-dayand4-dayworkingweeks,includingSaturdays.
Requirements
CeMAP(orequivalent) qualificationessential.
Experienceinadvisingonmortgagesandprotectionproductspreferred.
Confidentcommunicatorwithacustomer-firstmindset.
Organised,self-motivated,andcapableofmanagingabusycasepipeline.
Comfortableworkingona rotatingschedule thatincludesweekends.
Proficientinusingmortgagesourcingtools,CRMsystems,anddigitalcommunicationplatforms.
