Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser? Are you looking for a new role where genuine leads will be provided? Full Time or Part time available.
We are looking to take on additional Self-Employed or Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join The Mortgage Giant. As a firm, we offer all our advisers commission splits reflective of the market and a platform to succeed in the Mortgage industry. You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on mortgages and insurances products from the whole of the market. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and will have the flexibility to control your own diary and working days/hours. We are also directly authorised with the principal also owning a media agency that will generate customers in order for you to build a long-lasting book.
Key requirements are:
Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
CAS Achieved
Minimum of 2 years experience within the whole of market mortgage industry
Be able to satisfy the Fit and Proper requirements.
The ideal candidate will have an existing client bank although this is not essential.
For our Self-employed role, it can be office or home based, no geographical restrictions
Employed can be remote and office based.
Successful candidates will benefit from:
Achievable/realistic first year expected earnings £50-120K per annum. We can provide as much work as you can manage so your earnings are uncapped.
Pre-qualified mortgage leads provided.
Industry leading CRM Software - outstanding back-office administration system, diary management and document keeping software with electronic storage and archiving of client files with integrated for mortgage sourcing.
Ongoing compliance, mentoring, competence, and supervision support.
Admin support to be discussed as an option.
