Job Profile As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, youll manage your own client relationships, generate business leads, and work closely with the estate agency team to maximise in-branch opportunities. Your role will involve advising clients on mortgage options, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to client care. This role provides a stimulating and fast-paced environment with excellent earning potential. Duties Engage with clients to assess their mortgage and protection needs
Build and maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities
Follow up on leads generated by the estate agency team
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
Work closely with estate agents, administrators, compliance teams, and sales directors
Generate your own leads and drive business growth
Skills & Experience CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple clients
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients through various channels
Ability to work collaboratively with branch teams to identify referral opportunities
Strong presence in front of a camera for social media and client engagement
Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
