Mortgage Appointment Setter Role

Are you a motivated, results-driven professional with a proven track record of booking appointments through outbound calls? We are looking for a Mortgage Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in converting online leads and inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Mortgage Appointment Setter Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to online leads and inquiries, engaging potential clients to understand their needs and qualify them for a mortgage consultation.
  • Appointment Setting: Convert leads into confirmed appointments for mortgage advisors, ensuring a seamless handover of information.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and build relationships until they are ready to book an appointment.
  • Prospecting: Proactively identify new opportunities and contact potential clients to expand the lead pipeline.
  • Rapport Building: Establish and nurture trust with clients through excellent communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Organised Work flow: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and prioritise follow-ups to maximise conversion rates.
  • Alternate Saturday Work: Be available to work alternate Saturdays to accommodate client schedules and increase appointment opportunities.
