Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Ipswich IP1

Our client is a busy and well-established Estate Agent, and they are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor. Experience in the role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must. The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified.��

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:��

• 
  

  Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients�

  
  


• 
  

  Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size�

  
  


• 
  

  Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage and protection experience�

  
  


• 
  

  Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector�

  
  


• 
  

  Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards�

  
  


• 
  

  Be passionate and have the strong desire to grow your customer base���

  
  


• 
  

  Be fully CeMAP qualified�

  
  

Experience:�

• 
  

  Face to face mortgage & protection: 2 years (required)��

  
  


• 
  

  Licence/Certification:��

  CeMAP Qualification (required)� Must CAS status�

Hours:�

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Including Saturdays with a day off in the week��

  Salary range will be:��������

  �25.000pa Basic salary 20% Comms rising to 25% upon targets hit. On target Annual bonus up to �#####�

  
  


• 
  

  OTE of around �50,000pa - �60.000pa depending on performance� Car allowance and fuel expenses�
