As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:

• Provide expert advice to clients on homebuying and remortgage processes.
• Access high-quality leads from various sources.
• Work with a true whole-of-market approach for mortgages and protection providers.
• Benefit from admin support to focus on client interactions.

Package and Benefits:
The Mortgage & Protection Adviser role comes with a comprehensive package, including:

• Annual salary of �24,000 - �36,000.
• On-target earnings of �75k+ once established. (Top perfomer earned over 6 figures)

• Hybrid working arrangement with three days remote and two days in the office.

To be successful as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you should have:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• At least one year of experience as a mortgage adviser.
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
