Our client is looking to recruit a permanent MOT Tester for their Exeter branch.
We have roles available for MOT Testers and Senior Auto Technician’s throughout the UK, if this location does not match your geographical area.
They offer an excellent basic salary, with OTE up to £45600 per year plus benefits. Their well-equipped and modern facilities provide a professional environment for their staff with access to industry-leading, recognised training linked to your skills and experience you will be given every opportunity to progress your career.
Role and Responsibilities
* On site MOT Testing.
* You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting.
* You also will be able to complete all paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
* Collaborating closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
* To work within DVSA framework.
* You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, within required timescales and in accordance with established and documented procedures and standards from both the Company and Ministry of Transport.
Skills and experience
* Current MOT Testing Licence.
* NVQ level 2 or above.
* Must have a full driver’s licence with less than 9 points.
* Team player willing to assist in workshop conducting light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT’s
