Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, currently seeking an experienced Motor Fraud Litigation Executive to join their specialist counter-fraud team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the most established and respected counter-fraud teams in the UK.

As a Motor Fraud Litigation Executive - you will:

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files for a variety of insurance clients.
\n
• Work closely with experienced claims handlers and lawyers to deliver successful case outcomes.
\n
• Identify and capitalise on strategic litigation opportunities.
\n
• Play a key role in shaping the future of counter-fraud strategies.
\n

\n

The caseload will cover a wide range of fraudulent insurance claims, including:

\n

\n
• Bogus passengers
\n
• Staged/contrived accidents
\n
• Fraudulent exaggeration
\n
• Induced accidents
\n
• Low-speed impact claims
\n
• Late notification claims
\n
• Credit hire fraud
\n
• Linked and organised crime
\n

\n

What they are looking for:

\n
• Experience in civil litigation claims handling and a legal qualification (ILEX, LPC, etc)
\n
• Knowledge of the litigation process and CPR.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent advocacy and client care skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
\n
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
\n
