Motorcycle Mechanic

Major Recruitment is excited to partner with our well-established, award-winning, family-run motorcycle dealership in the Cannock area, who are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join their expanding team.

Your Role as a Motorcycle Mechanic:

\n

\n
• Work on a variety of motorcycles
\n
• Complete 2-3 MOTs per day
\n
• General servicing and repairs
\n
• Perform routine engine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
\n
• Identify and address any issues related to engine performance
\n
• Carry out fault diagnostics and implement effective solutions
\n
• Offer recommendations for preventive maintenance to enhance the longevity of motorcycles
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a garage
\n
• An MOT Card is desirable but not essential
\n
• Technical certification in motorcycle mechanics
\n
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
\n
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n

Working Hours:

\n

Monday to Saturday:

\n

\n
• January to October: 08:45 - 18:00 (Standard)
\n
• November: 08:45 - 16:30 (Paid until 18:00)
\n
• December: 08:45 - 16:00 (Paid until 18:00)
\n

\n

Pay:

\n

\n
• £27.5k - £35k per annum, depending on experience
\n
