Are you a Design Engineer or similar with experience or knowledge of Mould tools, that Is looking to step into a highly autonomous and technical role, working Monday - Friday, 36 hours a week so you can maintain a great work-life balance, in addition to having a clear scope of progression to senior level roles and management positions?
On offer is a days based role, that will provide full technical training into a highly technical industry, whilst having bonuses, overtime and share schemes so you can significantly increase your earnings.

This role would suit a Design Engineer or similar that is looking for the next step in their career, to a well-established business that provides industry leading training and progression plans, in addition to bonuses, overtime and share schemes so you can significantly increase your earnings.
The Candidate:
*CAD experience
*Knowledge of Mould tools or similar
*Looking for a new role
The Role:
*Enable efficient design and development of new mould and associated tooling from product design concept, through development and transfer into production manufacture in accordance with Avon procedures.
*Utilisation of design optimisation tools and analytical methods to promote efficient, effective, and robust tool design solutions.
*8.30-5 Mon to Thur with early finish Friday at 4pm
