This opportunity is days only, Monday to Friday, No shifts.

Job summary for a Moulding�Operative:�����

Carry out production tasks in a safe manner to achieve your targets (Quality, delivery, cost and efficiency) while operating within the Company policies and procedures.

Always personally set a good example of behaviour and commitment to the company.

Key roles of a Moulding�Operative:

• Loading mould tools


• Loading oven


• Trimming finished product


• Routing joint line


• Basic tool frame and oven maintenance

Requirements of a Moulding�Operative

Skills:�Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail.

Physical Stamina:�Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Safety Awareness:�A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety guidelines.

Team Player:�Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
