Moulding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely install, set up, and remove moulds from injection and extrusion machines.
• Supervise department personnel to ensure high-quality manufacturing according to work orders and authorised�drawings.
• Organise daily workloads and allocate tasks, with a focus on export orders and seasonal/absence-related needs.
• Liaise daily with the Operations Manager to address department issues and needs.
• Conduct and document inspections of incoming materials, reporting defects to the Production Buyer and Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in moulding supervision, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational�and leadership skills.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and maintain high standards of work.
• Excellent communication skills for daily liaison with management and team members.
• Attention to detail for inspecting materials and products.
