MRICS Quantity Surveyor

An expanding construction consultancy based in London, specialising in commercial fit-out projects, is seeking a qualified MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join their supportive team. This small but close-knit team is focused on delivering exceptional projects across the capital, offering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

MRICS Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in all aspects of project management from concept to completion, predominantly on commercial fit-out projects. You will also engage in pre and post-contract duties while providing guidance to junior staff on-site.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing project costs and budgets
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Overseeing project delivery from inception to completion
• Supporting junior staff and providing mentorship
• Regular client and team meetings

The MRICS Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working in the private sector
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience in a private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
