MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established small cost and project management consultancy based in London is seeking a qualified MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead their team. This consultancy focuses on projects ranging from residential developments to museums and student accommodation, handling projects valued between �50 million and �100 million.

MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running the team and managing various projects. This role involves overseeing a range of high-value assignments while ensuring that quality and client satisfaction are consistently maintained.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the quantity surveying team
• Managing pre and post-contract tasks
• Mentoring junior colleagues
• Preparing cost reports and tender documentation
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders

The MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards it
• Experience within a private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with team management and mentoring
• Proficient in Microsoft software, especially Word and Excel
