Job Description:
As an MS Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize business processes. Your role will involve system integrations, data migrations, custom workflows, and providing technical support for ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Develop, customize, and configure MS Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and ERP modules, to meet business requirements.
Customization: Create custom entities, workflows, plugins, forms, and reports using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
System Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, Azure services, and other middleware.
Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, and importing data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, user manuals, and support procedures....
