We are now looking for an MSP Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an MSP Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our corporate MSP clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their business needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. By working closely with our Business Development, Technical, and Operations teams, you will drive strategic account development while maintaining seamless service delivery.

Regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning will be a key part of your role, ensuring alignment between customer needs and our business objectives.

About You

To be considered as an MSP Account Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience in client account management, ideally within an MSP or similar technology-focused environment
- Strong relationship management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
- A client-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
