Multi Head Embroidery Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of machining processes and techniques, with the ability to operate a Multi-head embroidery machine. Duties

• Using a multi-head embroidery machine, you are required to produce high-quality garments with accuracy.


• Follow directions on the production specification sheet or customer order.


• Keeping a clean and tidy work area.


• Work well as a part of a production team.


• Collaborate with team members in a warehouse environment to meet production goals efficiently.


• Prepare for embroidery by counting, removing packaging, framing garments, changing thread colours, and loading designs.


• Monitor the embroidery process on the machine.


• Inventory checks and using computers to upload complete goods.


• Work accurately to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-head embroidery machinist.


• Ability to sew is considered an advantage but not essential.


• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.


• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
