We are looking for an�Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the�Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The�Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer,�will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed along with delivering building fabric services.


• Such as minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and patch repairs.


• Provide a building fabric maintenance and repair service


• Ensuring all documentation is completed to the required standards.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the building services sector.


• Able to demonstrate a level of general engineering knowledge.


• Hold an electrical qualification.


• You will need to be IT literate for completing work records.
