We are currently seeking a Multi-skilled Engineer to work with a UK wide FM company covering a long term sickness. The position will be roughly 3 months with possible extension.

The work will be commercial facilities and estates maintaining looking after properties across Scotland, majority of properties and the main body of work will be within the Central Belt. A van is provided so a full drivers licence is essential.

Main Duties:

• Working to strict Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes.
• Carry out statutory testing and Planned Preventative Maintenance on services and equipment and complete relevant records. This will require a complete understanding of engineering systems, plant and equipment in buildings.
• Installing and commissioning new plant and equipment.
• Working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and fault finding on control circuits
• Working on a wide range of highly complex mechanical and electrical plant and ability to diagnose and rectify fault
