Multi Skilled Engineer - Voids

Looking to recruit two Multi Skilled Engineers to work on Void properties based in Walthamstow on a Permanent basis
You will undertake Responsive and Planned repairs to Void Properties. Carrying out Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting works. We are after someone who has previous experience in Void or Disrepair properties and is bale to undertake remedial duties outside their core trade
Offering £38,000 - £40,000 + van and fuel card and benefits
Needs experience in a similar role
Trade related qualification either NVQ or C&G
