Morson Talent require Multi-skilled Engineers to join a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric property maintenance company in Central London.  This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineers that are looking to join, one of the top Building services companies in the UK.

Purpose of role:

To carry out PPM’s & reactive works to building plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems.
• Fire alarm and sprinkler testing
• Water flushing
• Responding to ppm’s daily as well as reactive
• Client facing role, so good communication skills is essential.
• To meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms – BMS
• emergency repairs as needed
• 5 years minimum experience within Building services environment

Hours – Monday – Friday 8am – 17.00pm – Various shift patterns available
