Multi-Skilled Engineer

Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician in West Sussex.

This is a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of £38k.

The successful Multi-Skilled Technician will be responsible for:

• carrying out routine HVAC, mechanical and some electrical engineering work, preventative maintenance, and repairs


• ensuring that various pre planned maintenance schedules are kept up to date and maintained as may be required


• assisting in multi trade support of other members of the FM service team in completing work


• completing the duties of an HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer in accordance with their recognised training and qualifications


• carrying out fault finding and defect rectification to items of installed plant and equipment as may be defined and specified


• carrying out the installation of new plant and apparatus as may be defined and specified


• become familiar with the operation and maintenance of the various systems and equipment installed in the whole of the premises as defined or requested

The successful Multi-Skilled Technician will be able to demonstrate:

• HVAC/Mechanical and electrical Engineering Qualification (C&G, NVQ)


• Ideally FM experience
