Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer - Food Manufacturing
Location: Crewe
Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Salary: �50,000-�53,000 Per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 of (2 days 2 nights)
Multi-Skilled Engineer Job Overview:
You will need a strong electrical bias, previous experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry and time served in a maintenance role. The role entails fault finding, PPM, Electrical and Mechanical installations and using Electrical Control Systems.
Multi-Skilled Engineer Job Responsibilities:
�Extensive hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical installations.
�In-depth knowledge of electrical control and automation systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens.
�Expertise in PLCs, variable speed drives, and troubleshooting control circuits.
�Skilled in diagnosing faults in pneumatic systems, as well as metal fabrication and TIG welding.
�Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as thermal processes, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and valves.
�Proficient in replacing seal kits on high- and low-pressure centrifugal pumps.
�Experience working with effluent systems and site services, including steam.
Multi-Skilled engineer Requirements:
�2+ Years in Food & Beverage Manufacturing or FMCG.
�Electrical Bias.
�Full UK Driving License.
�Experience with seals, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, pumps, steam, valves.
