\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n

🔹 Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site
🔹 Problem Solving: 80% reactive and 20% planned maintenance
🔹 CMMS Systems: Record jobs and report to the Team Leader
🔹 Safety & Compliance: Support electrical structure improvements and health & safety regulations

\nWhat We're Looking For:\n

✅ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
✅ Positive Attitude & Drive - A team player who works well under pressure
✅ Ability to Work at Pace - Keeping operations running smoothly
