Multi-Skilled Engineer

My client is a leading provider of property maintenance services, specialising in managing and maintaining commercial properties. They�pride themselves�on delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable services to their clients. They are now looking for a proactive, skilled, and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our commercial properties. Having an Electrical or Carpentry bias would be ideal.�

Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer:

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, and power circuits within commercial properties - IF BIAS IS ELECTRICAL


• Perform carpentry tasks


• Undertake general building maintenance, including plumbing, basic tiling, and painting where required


• Inspect and diagnose faults, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly


• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and industry regulations


• Maintain accurate records of work completed and any materials used


• Liaise with building managers, contractors, and clients, providing excellent customer service at all times


• Support the overall maintenance and improvement of commercial property facilities

The ideal Multi-Skilled Engineer will possess:

• Qualification within their trade


• Clean driving license�


• Experience working within commercial properties
