Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location:�West Sussex
Salary:��21ph on a 37.5 hour week on a temp to perm basis.
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, you will work across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and maintenance engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on critical equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and spare parts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with fault-finding and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts or on-call if required.
