We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Lincolnshire on a day shift. This is a great opportunity for an electrically competent engineer with manufacturing experience (ideally food) to join a forward-thinking business offering a competitive salary and strong career prospects.

We're looking for someone with a can-do, proactive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves ensuring plant efficiency, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement across the site.
Requirements:
Electrically competent with relevant qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment (food/FMCG preferred)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A positive, hands-on approach to engineering
