We are looking for an�Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the�Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The�Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer,�will be responsible for:

• Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.


• Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.


• Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.


• Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• City & Guilds level�with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.


• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.


• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.


• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.


• Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.


• Available to join a call out rota.


• Hold a full UK driving license.
