Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: �52,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
Are you a skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with a preferable electrical bias, We are currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive engineer to join a leading manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (Days & Nights)

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Carrying out installations, modifications, and upgrades as required.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of machinery.
- Electrical bias with a strong background in maintenance (mechanical skills are a bonus).
- Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
- A strong understanding of electrical control systems, PLCs, and fault finding.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous experience with a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern is desirable but not essential.
