MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PERMANENT - OXFORDSHIRE
A research and development organisation are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team and help maintain our state-of-the-art facilities, including cutting-edge research labs. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across various systems, from electrical and mechanical to plumbing and HVAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
Collaborate with contractors for finishing projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Experience in high-quality finishes such as marble, granite, and wood.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
Proven experience in facility maintenance, especially in lab environments.
Familiarity with GxP environments is a plus.
