Panama Shift:
2 weeks of Days, 2 weeks of nights - 12-hour shifts
(2 on, 2 off, 3 on 2 off 2 on, 3 off)

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) to join a global leader who specialise in manufacturing high quality, durable materials used in the construction sector.
Key Tasks:
Diagnose and fix electrical & mechanical faults to keep production running smoothly
Investigate route cause of faults and identify and implement proactive and preventative solutions
Reduce downtime and boost plant performance through proactive maintenance
Work within a skilled team, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times
Monitor plant performance and report faults via CMMS
Be a key player in continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
Apprentice trained Electrical / Multi-skilled Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment
Able to attend to electrical and mechanical breakdowns
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience maintaining both electrical & mechanical systems; motors, drives, PLC's, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics
Proactive approach and improvement mindset

Exellent salary- £42600 + 39% Shift Premium
42 hour week
Holidays x24 (12 hour shifts)
Private Healthcare and regular health assessments
Paid overtime x1.5 for 1st 6 hours x2 after 6 hours and on Sunday
