This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned company renowned for crafting high-quality, bespoke homes in sought-after locations. As part of the expanding customer care team, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards of their new builds.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks across various properties. Your daily activities will include a range of tasks such as minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, and general joinery tasks. You will also be involved in interior and exterior painting and decorating, as well as tiling. This is a field based role and you will be required travel to each of their sights as needed.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Operative or similar who wants a supportive company to take their career to the next level. Who would also like to receive ongoing training if desired/ needed.

THE ROLE

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on properties.
\n
• Carry out minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, joinery tasks, painting, decorating, and tiling.
\n
• Work independently and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
\n
• Interact professionally with customers.
\n
