CSCS card holder required for busy client based North Shields area.�

Immediate start for ongoing work.�

Successful candidate will report to the yard on a morning and use the works van to visit housing properties across the North Tyneside area.�

Duties will include assisting and cleaning up after trades who have carried out maintenance work. Skipping waste materials, some patching work, assisting roofers and making good on the property ready to be handed over.�

CSCS card, full drivers licence and working at height/ practical ladder training certificate required.�
