Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Boston, Lincolnshire, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided.

Responsibilities of the Multi-skilled Plasterer includes:

• Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
• Carrying out Damp courses
• Completing multi-skilled works including (but not limited to) carpentry, joinery, plumbing, bricklaying & roofing.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
• Maintaining van stock
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential criteria of the Multi-skilled Plasterer include:

• Full UK Driving License
• Relevant experience
