Multi Skilled Plumber

PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Multi skilled Plumber for works between ellesmere port and chester

working on domestic properties

As a multi skilled plumber your duties are

\n
• First and second fix plumbing
\n
• Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
\n
• Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
\n
• Patch Plastering
\n
• Installation of a shower tray
\n
• Tiling of walls
\n
• Installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB and Mixer showers
\n
• Painting and decoration to a decent standard
\n
• Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systems
\n

Must be qualified in Plumbing

this is a permanent position with a company Van and fuel card

Must have time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline. Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable). Driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and have own tools.
