We are working with a highly reputable and

well known

facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued

expansion

we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teams

Role:

You will be responsible for a wide range of plumbing maintenance works - ppm and reactive, fault finding etc.

This role will be working on commercial contracts which could include retail outlets, commercial offices etc.

You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, plumbing, and fabric work although you will largely

covering

electrical

You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.

Person:

You must be plumbing qualified level 2 or

3

You will have experience carrying out plumbing maintenance, ppm and reactive maintenance

works

You will ideally have good general knowledge of general maintenance although not essential.

You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the

region

Good IT skills

Excellent communication skills

You must hold a full

uk

driving

licence

Package:

Base salary £40,400

Monday - Friday - 45 hours per week
