Job title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer



Location: South Bristol Community Hospital BS14 0DU��



Length: 3 months initial contract to extend



Work hours: Mon-Fri 08.00 - 17:00



Pay Rate: �32000/pa PAYE



Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.�



The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs as necessary across Health Care sites in Bristol and Oxford. Some of other duties include;





  • Liaise with the helpdesk in relation to Reactive Work Orders




  • Responsible for minor installations and maintenance of site Mechanical & Electrical Systems.




  • Complete relevant paperwork and report diligently.




  • Responsible for all record keeping, control of subcontractors and raising and issuing of safety documentation as required.




  • Ability to work in a customer focused environment where quality and image is very important.




  • Ensure any parts required are clearly and accurately stated.




  • Ensure that any difficulties encountered on maintenance/engineering activities are reported to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.




  • Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a daily basis or as required.




  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety, and etc







Key Skills/Experience:





  • Previous experience in the same role




  • Basic Plumbing & Pipework




  • Pressure Systems, Carpentry




  • IPAF 3a & 3b (Desirable)




  • Health & Safety Awareness




  • Legionella Awareness




  • Knowledge of LV Electrical systems




  • IEE 18th Edition (An advantage)




  • Confined Space (Desirable)




  • Driving licence
