Multi Skilled Tradesman/ Operative

Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with leading Housing Association maintenance division covering Birmingham.

My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working multi skilled tradesman to carry out 2nd fix and snagging repairs on domestic social housing properties across Birmingham. Work will range from basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and patch plastering repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Birmingham.

Work will include reactive & planned carpentry repairs on tenanted & void empty properties.

This is a permanent position with a salary of �27,000 + Van, Fuel Card and Out of hours/Overtime.

Addition benefits:

34 days annual leave (full pay)

40-hour weeks 8.30-5 or 9-5.30

On call 1 in every 5 @ time and a half of the hourly rate.

1 days annual leave for your birthday (full pay)

Requirements:

Ideally NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in relevant trade (Timeserved experience can be accepted)

Experience of working in the building trade either carrying work maintenance and repair work

Full Uk Driving License
