Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

This is a permanent, full-time role for a Construction Site Builder / Multi Skilled Tradesperson w ith a background in on-site construction.
This dynamic, reputable, building contractor, has been awarded BEST OF HOUZZ for five years running for its high-quality workmanship and service, and are now looking for various on-site Tradespeople with the technical ability to a take on this varied and interesting role working on high end residential new builds or large renovation projects in Sussex.
TRADES PLUMBER/ CARPENTER/ GROUNDWORK/ ELECTRICIAN/ PLASTERER/ LABOURER/ BRICKIE
LOCATION: East Grinstead. You may be looking for permanent CONSTRUCTION MULTITRADER jobs in Sussex or SKILLED TRADES jobs in East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Uckfield, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, Brighton, Hove or surrounding areas.
SALARY: Competitive Salaries PAYE plus benefits and pension.
HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
You will be working as part of a small, friendly, close-knit skilled team of Tradespeople, confident in their own aspects of building works, working on projects ranging from 6-18 months; small or large contracts ; extensions and conversions of properties; construction of new builds in East Grinstead.
You may be an experienced Plumber/ Bathroom Fitter
Competent in plumbing/ bathroom installations , repairs, tiling, water blockages, leaks, UFH, Plant rooms.
You may be a qualified Electrician
Competent in e lectrical faults, wiring installations, fuse replacement, tripped switches, possibly solar, green energy.
You may be a qualified and experienced Carpenter/ Joiner
Competent in 1 st / 2 nd fix Carpentry, on-site Carpentry, cabinet making, joinery.
You may be a skilled Groundworker
Competent in digging trenches, laying foundations, paving slabs and kerbs. Perhaps driving and operating machines with relevant tickets.
You may be a qualified and skilled Bricklayer
Strong Bricklaying / Stonework skills.
You may be a qualified and skilled Plasterer
Wet Trades / Plastering background.
As an experienced Builder, y ou will take real pride in the quality of your work, still maintain the energy and enthusiasm to ensure works are completed on time, to the required standards
