Job Title: Multi-Trade Engineer Carpentry & Joinery

Office based: Oxford shire
Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

The role of the Multi-Trade Engineer Carpentry & Joinery will involve:
Multi-Trade Engineer position supporting with various building engineering service and maintenance contracts for example: plumbing & heating, ventilation and general building maintenance
Carry out or assist with installation & maintenance of heating systems, which will include manual handling of associated equipment
Cutting open walls and structures to expose pipes
Measuring, cutting, and threading pipes
Tracing pipework & preparing the work area
Carry out carpentry, joinery, plastering, tiling & smaller plumbing & electrical works
To carry out or assist with kitchen & bathroom installations & repairs
To carry out various small ground works when required, e.g. fencing, paving, installation of handrails
To undertake facilities operations
Perform any other duties commensurate with the role, as required by management
The ideal applicant will be a Multi-Trade Engineer Carpentry & Joinery with:
Must have on site experience familiar with carpentry, joinery, electrics, plumbing and ground works
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Full UK driving license
Must be enthusiastic, proactive and responsive
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
