Multi Trade Maintenance Engineer

Are you a Multi Trades Operative looking for a new role covering the Bristol area.�

This Bristol based maintenance company are recruiting due to an increase in work load one on of their key contracts.�

As mobile Multi trade Maintenance operative you will be responsible for maintenance to both�domestic and some commercial properties across the City.�
Works will include planned and reactive maintenance to building fabrics of commercial sites and�kitchens and bathrooms replacements and repairs to various domestic properties.

As multi trade operative you should have experience�in the following trades -

Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling��Wet trades such as bricklaying, plastering & rendering.�

You will be provided with a van and work on a call out rota of 1 in 4-6 weeks

Salary �30-32k depending on experience and qualifications, OTE �35-40k with call out and overtime.�
