Multi Trade Maintenance Engineer

Are you a Multi Trades Operative looking for a new role covering the Somerset, Wiltshire and Bristol area.�

This Somerset�based Facilities Management and Building Maintenance company are recruiting due to an increase in work load one on of their key contracts.�

As mobile Multi Trade Maintenance operative you will be responsible for maintenance to mainly commercial properties with some domestic properties�across the area, Clients include Churches, Care Homes, Retail and Offices.�
Works will include planned and reactive maintenance to building fabrics of commercial sites and general maintenance as well as kitchens and bathrooms replacements and repairs to�domestic (private) properties.

A lot of the works are reactive maintenance task so each day will be different, key duties will be fixing leaks replacing taps, repairs to windows, doors, locks�and replacing lamps, sockets which have been damaged.�

As multi trade maintenance operative you should have experience�in the following trades -

Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling as basic DIY skills

You will be provided with a van and work on a call out rota of 1 in 4-6 weeks

Salary �30-34k depending on experience and qualifications, OTE �35-40k with call out and overtime.�
