Multi Trade Operative

I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area. The contract will be at least 12 months work.
The Multi Trade Operative will be carrying out:

• Patch plastering
• Minor Wall & Floor tiling
• Painting
• Pointing
• Slabbing
• Concreting

For this Multi Trade Operative role you will need:

• Social housing experience
• Full UK driving license
• NVQ or City and Guild in a relevant trade

In return the Multi Trade Operative will get:

• �18 per hour CIS or PAYE
• Company van
• Long term contract
• Weekly pay
