Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our client, a leading social housing contractor, operating in South East London and Kent. This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties.
• Perform high-quality kitchen and bathroom fittings.
• Handle a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and general maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance.
• Competent in kitchen and bathroom fitting to a high standard.
• Proficient in various trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
