Our client is a reputable maintenance company who have offices across the South & West of England and have an exciting new opportunity in Dorset for a Maintenance Operative.�

The company are a building and maintenance company and their maintenance division have been growing from the win of new contracts in Dorset.

They have many contracts in the pipeline meaning they now require an individual Multi Trade Operative who would like to move into more of a management role, and grow as a person as the company grows, to work mainly on planned and reactive maintenance works across Dorset.
The role
As a Multi trade Operative you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to planned maintenance works, with some being reactive. You will work covering residential projects. You must be flexible with hours and happy to travel across Dorset as part of a team.�
You will be the face of the business therefore you will need to be forward thinking, reliable, and a people person. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress and have a real input within a company.
This role is full time and can either be on permanent or freelance basis. They are looking for someone who potentially wants to progress their career and there will be the opportunity to move into management as the company grows.
You will be provided with a company van, tools and uniform.
Requirements:

• Will be a multi trade operative


• Experienced in carpentry, painting, tiling, and general maintenance works


• Ability to work effectively in a team or alone using your own initiative


• People person


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Full Driving license
