Multi Trade Operative

A position has arisen with a well-established house builder for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Manchester area to carry out the after sale maintenance and repairs work on new build properties. This is a permanent contract where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one.
As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing
• Tiling
• Patch Plastering
• Settlement cracks
• Curtains and other duties relevant to the role
• General repairs and maintenance

In order to be eligible for the Carpenter/Multi Trade role you must:

• Have a Full UK Driving Licence
• Have a valid CSCS card
• Have relevant industry experience

In return the Carpenter/Multi Trade will receive:

• �35,000 basic salary
• Company van 7 fuel card
• Permanent employment
• 25 day holiday plus bank holidays
• Various other benefits
